  • Availability: Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including night duty, weekends, and public holidays. Flexibility for overtime on short notice is essential.

Key Responsibilities

As an Administration Clerk, your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of administrative and support tasks. These include:

Helpdesk Duties

  • Welcoming patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
  • Addressing and redirecting inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
  • Assisting with wayfinding within the hospital facility.

Administrative Support

  • Preparing inpatient lists at designated intervals (midday and midnight).
  • Maintaining accurate records and managing electronic filing systems.
  • Offering administrative assistance to supervisors as required.

Human Resources Tasks

  • Assisting with administrative duties related to HR functions.
  • Identifying and reporting potential risks to supervisors promptly.
